Proposed Gas Station/Carwash/Convenience Store

This project is located near Sierra Sky Park on the SWC of N. Brawley and W. Herndon Avenues. There have been two meetings with the SSP HOA to discuss whether the proposed projectis located within any noise, safety or overflight zones. Due to the poor quality of review materials in the Fresno County ALUC's approved Policy Plan for this airport and inconsistency with the City of Fresno's planning documents for this airport, staff is unable to make a determination based on the facts and data. This is an informational item at this time, review materials are provided in this agenda. City of Fresno staff, representatives for the project proponent and SSP HOA representatives will be present to discuss the available information and answer questions.
