Development Types and Preliminary Scenario Concepts [Fregonese Associates] DISCUSSION/APPROVAL]

Fregonese Associates will present more information on the proposed development types. Further input will be welcome.  Approval on the development types will be requested if possible.  The consultant team will also brainstorm with the Committee on the preliminary scenario concepts.

Performance Indicators (CAI) [DISCUSSION/APPROVAL]

Following up on last month’s discussion, the Committee will continue to help determine the list of performance indicators that will be used in the 2012 target setting, and potentially in the SCS development.

E.
Target Format [Mike Bitner COG Staff] [DISCUSSION/APPROVAL]

COG staff will lead the discussion on the pros and cons of having single county targets, valley-wide targets, and sub-regional targets. The Committee will be asked to make a recommendation on the preferred target format for Fresno County.

F.
Population Projection for Use in Target-setting (Kathy Chung, COG staff) [DISCUSSION/APPROVAL]

COG staff will present population projections recently prepared by The Planning Center.   The Committee will be asked for approval of this projection for use in Fresno County SB 375 target setting.
