Scenario Development - Seth Scott

Summary: Fresno COG staff will give a brief presentation contextualizing scenario development within the framework of the 2018 RTP, as well as the concepts and visions that shape the four draft proposed scenarios. This will be followed by a mini-workshop where members can discuss one of the four draft proposed scenarios with a facilitator.  The discussion will also include which strategies and investment areas best align with each draft proposed scenario’s vision. Group facilitators will then present the findings of their group’s discussion to the Roundtable at large. The results of these discussions will help Fresno COG staff to develop more detailed descriptions of each draft proposed scenario.
