Final FY2024-25 Unmet Transit Needs Report (Sobrado) [ACTION]

Summary:

When SSTAC was last convened on May 21, 2024, the FY2024-25 FCOG Unmet Transit Needs (UTN) Assessment Report was in draft form for its 30-day public review and comment period.  Since then, no additional comments or feedback has been received.  As a result, there are no changes to the draft UTN Report as it is moves forward, in final form to the Fresno COG Policy Board.

In this cycle of the UTN, thirty-eight (38) comments were received, five (5) of which were unmet needs, none of which were reasonable to meet. All comments received, transit agency responses, and determinations of unmet needs are within the report and include the comment letter received from Leadership Counsel for Justice and Accountability, along with Fresno COG’s official response.

Action: Staff recommends that SSTAC forward the final Fresno COG FY2024-25 Unmet Transit Needs Assessment Report to the Fresno COG Policy Board.
