Following the Steering Committee’s initial, advisory General Category Allocation vote on Sept. 18, staff received considerable input from the Fresno COG Board and stakeholders regarding how the General Categories should be apportioned. Synthesizing that input, staff will present two options to the Steering Committee that attempt to reflect all comments received to date — including the results of significant community outreach received over the summer — and that reflect the transportation priorities from all interests across the region.
