Action: Approve the November 14, 2025 minutes.

Summary: Staff will provide an oral summary update of the Steering Committee’s final edits to the 2026 Measure C Implementing Guidelines from its Dec. 11 meeting for TTC’s consideration, review and action.

Action: Staff and Measure C Steering Committee request the TTC recommends the Fresno COG Policy Board approve the 2026 Measure C Final Implementing Guidelines.
