Action: Review and comment, comment with edits, the April 8, 2021 Measure C Citizen Oversight Committee Action Summary.
III.FY18/19 and FY19/20 Measure C Extension Local Agency Audits - Price Paige & Company
Summary: Price Page & Company Accountancy Corporation was retained by the Fresno County Transportation Authority to perform the audits of finances on all local agencies receiving Measure C Extension revenue as required in the 2006 Measure C Extension Expenditure Plan. The firm has recently completed their analysis and submitted final reports for the fiscal years 2019 and 2020. The firm stated that overall local agencies continue to adhere to the record keeping and reporting requirements as well as expending Measure C funds in accordance with provision of the Measure C Transportation Sales Tax. The agencies included in these reports are listed below and have been attached.

Action: Review and comment.
IV.Measure C COC Local Agency Budget Forms Review and Edits (Brenda Veenendaal)
Summary: Each fiscal year the Citizen Oversight Committee (COC) asks all local agencies receiving Measure C Local Transportation Pass-Through Funds to complete a reporting of how they expect to spend the current year's Measure C Local Program allocations. The request goes out to local agencies via a form that staff updates and emails out each year.
Staff requests that the COC review and either approve use of the attached 2021-2022 forms or recommend edits to the form prior to use. Three forms are attached for review--City of Fresno's form which is the template used to create all city/county forms, Fresno County Rural Transit Agencies' form and Fresno COG's form.
