IV.Local Transportation Pass-Through Projects and Programs Annual Reporting-FY19/20 Expenditure Reports (Denise DiBenedetto)
Summary: Pursuant to the adopted Fresno County Transportation Authority procedures for administration of Measure C Extension Funds for Local Transportation Pass-Through Projects and Programs, and Short-Term Regional Transportation Program Projects, local agencies are required to submit their Measure C Extension Expenditure Reports(s) for the FY19-20.

V.Oversight Committee 2020-2021 Local Agency Budget Forms (Brenda Veenendaal)
Summary: Each fiscal year the Citizen Oversight Committee (COC) asks all local agencies receiving Measure C Local Transportation Pass-Through Funds to complete a reporting of how they expect to spend the current year's Measure C Local Program allocations. The request goes out to local agencies via a form that staff updates and emails out each year.
To date, the following required Local Agency Budget Forms were completed and returned for COC review by local agencies:
- Fresno Council of Governments
- City of Reedley
- City of Selma
- City of Kerman (NEW)
Action: Review, approve and recommend action.
VICOC Local Budget Form Template Formatting
Summary: During the December 2020 COC meeting the committee discussed changes that could be made to the content or form of the Local Budget Forms. Staff stated they would agendize this topic on the January 2021 agenda for discussion. Staff will address the attached City of Reedley form at the meeting when this item is discussed.
Action: Review, Approve, Recommend Action.
